• What is included in the AODA Grab Bar Bundle?
  This bundle includes two essential Frost grab bars: the 1003-NP L-Shaped Grab Bar and the 1001-NP Rear Grab Bar.
• Does this bundle help meet AODA requirements?
  Yes. These two grab bars are the core components required for AODA-compliant accessible toilet stalls. When properly installed, they provide critical support for safe transfers.
• What sizes are included?
  The bundle includes standard popular sizes:
  1003-NP L-Shaped Grab Bar (typically 30" x 30")
  1001-NP Rear Grab Bar (typically 36" length)
  Custom lengths are available if needed.
  
• Are the grab bars strong enough?
  Yes. Frost grab bars are made of durable Type 304 stainless steel with a 1-1/2" diameter and are designed to support loads over 900 lbs (408 kg) when properly installed into reinforced walls.
• Do I need special wall preparation?
  Yes. Proper wall blocking/reinforcement is required behind the grab bars to achieve the full load rating. Professional installation by a qualified tradesperson is strongly recommended.
• Can this bundle be used in any accessible stall?
  It is suitable for most standard accessible toilet stalls. For larger or custom layouts, you may need different lengths — feel free to contact us for assistance.
• What is the warranty on these grab bars?
  All Frost products in this bundle are backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Is this bundle suitable for new construction or retrofits?
  Yes. It works well for both new builds and renovation projects requiring AODA compliance.

Shipping

All Frost Products Ltd. orders are shipped FOB from our facility at 5276 John Lucas Drive, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, L7L 5Z9. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and we strive to ship within this timeframe, though rush orders are not guaranteed. Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be reported to Frost within 5 business days of shipment.

Returns

Standard Frost products may be returned within 12 months of the invoice date, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional handling or repacking charges may apply upon inspection. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required before returning any product, and unauthorized returns may be refused. Custom products are non-returnable. Warranty

Frost Products Ltd. offers comprehensive warranties for our commercial washroom products:

• General Warranty: All products are covered for 12 months from the date of shipment. Defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge, including freight costs, when authorized by Frost. Costs for installation or removal are not covered. Discoloration of stainless steel parts due to harsh environmental conditions or chemical exposure (e.g., bleach, acids) is not considered a defect and is not covered.
• Mirror Warranty: Frost mirrors, including vandal-resistant channel frame, frameless, and barrier-free tilt designs, are covered by the 12-month general warranty. Mirror glass, conforming to GS12GD5A type 1B, is guaranteed against silver spoilage for 10 years. Tempered mirrors may show slight distortion when viewed from a distance, which is not a defect. Damage from improper cleaning (e.g., using ammonia, vinegar, bleach, or solvents) is not covered. Use mild, non-ammonia-based cleaners with a damp cloth, avoiding direct spraying to prevent edge contamination.
• Hand Dryer Warranty: Frost hand dryers carry a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the motor assembly and all working parts. Units must be kept free of excessive dirt, dust, or debris to maintain warranty validity. Failure to perform proper maintenance may void the warranty. For warranty claims, contact Frost Products Ltd. to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Regular maintenance, such as wiping products with a damp cloth and using approved stainless steel cleaners, ensures optimal performance and preserves warranty coverage. Avoid harsh detergents or chemical cleaners on stainless steel surfaces.
