Shipping policy

At Facility Supply Pro, we proudly offer free shipping across Canada on every order from Frost Products washroom accessories, Busch Systems and Envyrozone recycling & waste solutions. Below are the details you need for a smooth delivery experience.

Order Processing Times

• Frost Products Ltd. - Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
• Busch Systems -  Typically 4–7 business days from Barrie, Ontario (small parcel items: 2–4 days; large/custom or pallet orders may take 7–14 days)
• Envyrozone products - Processed within 48 hours; lead time and delivery typically 4–6 weeks (made-to-order; rush orders not guaranteed)
• Airpura air purifiers -  Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
• Comac Corporation - Orders are processed quickly and typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
  

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Shipping Methods & Costs

FREE SHIPPING on every order to most Canadian locations (excludes Northwest Territories, Yukon, and some remote Southern Gulf Islands, BC). Any rare extra freight charges for extremely remote addresses will be clearly shown at checkout before you pay.

• Large items (bathtubs, benches, recycling stations, etc.) ship on pallets via freight carrier (LTL)
• Smaller accessories ship via standard parcel carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, etc.)

Delivery Details

• Freight / pallet deliveries – Curbside drop-off only (driver does not bring inside, assist with unloading, or remove packaging). The carrier will call to schedule a convenient delivery window.
• Parcel deliveries – Left at door or nearest pickup point if no one is home.
• Inspection is required – Please inspect for damage immediately. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and take photos.

Damage & Claims

• All shipments are fully insured
• Report visible damage at delivery; concealed damage must be reported within 5 days to info@facilitysupplypro.com with photos
• We handle the entire claim process for you.

Where We Ship

Coast to coast across Canada (residential, commercial, and job-site addresses). We do not ship outside Canada or to P.O. boxes.
