Shipping policy

At Facility Supply Pro, every order ships free across Canada, whether you're stocking Airpura air purifiers, Frost Products washroom accessories, Busch Systems and Envyrozone recycling and waste solutions, or Comac equipment. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order.

Order Processing Times

• Airpura air purifiers – Processed within 1 to 3 business days, delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
• Frost Products Ltd. – Processed within 1 to 3 business days, delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
• Busch Systems – Typically 4 to 7 business days from Barrie, Ontario. Small parcel items run 2 to 4 days; large, custom, or pallet orders may take 7 to 14 days.
• Envyrozone products – Processed within 48 hours. These are made to order, so lead time and delivery typically run 4 to 6 weeks. Rush orders can't be guaranteed.
• Comac Corporation – Processed quickly and typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping is free on every order to most Canadian locations. The only exceptions are the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few remote Southern Gulf Islands in BC. If an extremely remote address requires an extra freight charge, you'll see it clearly at checkout before you pay, no surprises.

• Large items such as large benches, and recycling stations ship on pallets via freight carrier (LTL).
• Smaller accessories ship by standard parcel carriers like Fed Ex, UPS, and Canpar.

Delivery Details

• Freight and pallet deliveries are curbside drop-off only. The driver won't bring items inside, help unload, or remove packaging. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
• Parcel deliveries are left at your door, or at the nearest pickup point if no one's available.
• Please inspect every delivery for damage right away. Note any issues on the delivery receipt and take photos before the driver leaves.

Damage and Claims

• Every shipment is fully insured.
• Report visible damage at the time of delivery. Concealed damage needs to be reported within 5 days to info@facilitysupplypro.com with photos.
• Once you've reported it, we handle the entire claim process for you.

Where We Ship

We ship coast to coast across Canada, to residential, commercial, and job-site addresses. We don't ship outside Canada or to P.O. boxes.
