FAQ – Frost AODA Compliant Accessible Stall Bundle

• What is included in the Accessible Stall Bundle?
  The bundle includes the Frost 1003-NP L-Shaped Grab Bar, Frost 1001-NP Rear Grab Bar, Frost 168-S Universal Jumbo Toilet Tissue Dispenser, and Frost 1146 Stainless Steel Coat Hook.
• Does this bundle meet AODA requirements for accessible stalls?
  Yes. The L-shaped and rear grab bars provide essential transfer support. When properly installed, Frost grab bars support over 900 lbs and meet typical AODA/OBC grab bar diameter, height (33–36" to top of bar), and placement guidelines.
• Are the grab bars suitable for all stall sizes?
  The 1003-NP L-shaped bar is available in standard sizes (30x30" or 36x36"). The 1001-NP rear bar comes in multiple lengths. Choose the appropriate sizes for your stall layout.
• Why is a jumbo tissue dispenser included?
  The 168-S jumbo dispenser reduces maintenance frequency and is positioned for accessible reach (typically mounted so the outlet is between 15"–48" from the floor).
• Do I need special wall reinforcement?
  Yes. Grab bars require secure mounting into reinforced backing (blocking) in the wall to achieve full load capacity. Professional installation is strongly recommended.
• What is the warranty?
  All components come with Frost’s standard 12-month warranty.

Shipping

All Frost Products Ltd. orders are shipped FOB from our facility at 5276 John Lucas Drive, Burlington, Ontario, Canada, L7L 5Z9. Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and we strive to ship within this timeframe, though rush orders are not guaranteed. Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be reported to Frost within 5 business days of shipment.

Returns

Standard Frost products may be returned within 12 months of the invoice date, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional handling or repacking charges may apply upon inspection. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required before returning any product, and unauthorized returns may be refused. Custom products are non-returnable. Warranty

Frost Products Ltd. offers comprehensive warranties for our commercial washroom products:

• General Warranty: All products are covered for 12 months from the date of shipment. Defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge, including freight costs, when authorized by Frost. Costs for installation or removal are not covered. Discoloration of stainless steel parts due to harsh environmental conditions or chemical exposure (e.g., bleach, acids) is not considered a defect and is not covered.
• Mirror Warranty: Frost mirrors, including vandal-resistant channel frame, frameless, and barrier-free tilt designs, are covered by the 12-month general warranty. Mirror glass, conforming to GS12GD5A type 1B, is guaranteed against silver spoilage for 10 years. Tempered mirrors may show slight distortion when viewed from a distance, which is not a defect. Damage from improper cleaning (e.g., using ammonia, vinegar, bleach, or solvents) is not covered. Use mild, non-ammonia-based cleaners with a damp cloth, avoiding direct spraying to prevent edge contamination.
• Hand Dryer Warranty: Frost hand dryers carry a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering the motor assembly and all working parts. Units must be kept free of excessive dirt, dust, or debris to maintain warranty validity. Failure to perform proper maintenance may void the warranty. For warranty claims, contact Frost Products Ltd. to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Regular maintenance, such as wiping products with a damp cloth and using approved stainless steel cleaners, ensures optimal performance and preserves warranty coverage. Avoid harsh detergents or chemical cleaners on stainless steel surfaces.
