All Envyrozone orders are shipped from our warehouse in Canada. We process your order within 48 hours of receipt. Lead time and delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks (rush orders not guaranteed).
Returns
Envyrozone products are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement within 30 days of delivery. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required; unauthorized returns will be refused. Warranty
Envyrozone provides a limited 1-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge (including freight when authorized). Installation/removal costs are not covered.
Damage or defects must be reported within 15 days of delivery with photos and order details. Failure to report within 15 days voids the warranty for that issue.
Misuse, abuse, neglect, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning are not covered.
