Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be reported to Frost within 5 business days of shipment.
Returns
Standard Frost products may be returned within 12 months of the invoice date, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additional handling or repacking charges may apply upon inspection. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required before returning any product, and unauthorized returns may be refused. Custom products are non-returnable.
