The XPOWER X-2480A is a 550 CFM mini air scrubber with three stage HEPA filtration, sized for crawl spaces, single rooms, and tight containment where a full size scrubber will not fit. A 1/2 HP motor drives five speeds through an ABS housing at 23.6 lbs, so one technician can carry and stage it. GFCI daisy chain lets multiple units run from a single circuit.

Yes. We are an authorized dealer supplied through XPOWER's Canadian distributor. Every unit is factory new in original packaging with full manufacturer warranty. This is not grey market or parallel import stock.

What does a True HEPA filter actually capture?

True HEPA is rated at 99.97 percent efficiency against particles down to 0.3 microns, covering dust, pollen, construction debris, mould spores, and bacteria carried on particulate. Models with an activated carbon stage also capture odours and volatile organic compounds, which particulate filtration alone does not address. Filter configuration is listed on each product page.

How do I know which replacement filter fits my unit?

Filters are dimensionally specific to the housing and are not interchangeable across models. Every filter listing states the models it fits, and every unit listing shows its filter configuration by stage and part number. Match on the model number printed on your unit, not on appearance. If unsure, send us the model number and we will confirm the correct part.

How often should filters be replaced?

Interval depends on environment and runtime, so there is no fixed schedule. A unit in an active demolition containment loads filters far faster than one in an occupied office. Washable nylon mesh and pre-filter stages are cleaned and reused. Pleated media, carbon, and HEPA stages are replaced when loaded. Inspect pre-filters regularly, as a loaded pre-filter is what shortens HEPA life.

Can I run several units on one circuit?

Several models include a daisy chain outlet, in some cases GFCI protected, allowing units to be linked from a single supply. Total draw across the chain must stay within the circuit rating. Amp draw for each model is listed in its specifications.

Can this be ducted for negative air?

Several models include a ductable exhaust port for negative air containment. Duct size is listed in the specifications where supported. Models without a listed duct size are intended for open air scrubbing rather than ducted containment.

Do you offer volume or contract pricing?

We issue formal quotes for procurement and tender processes and accept purchase orders from established accounts. • Ships from our distributor's warehouse in Oakville, Ontario. Sold and shipped within Canada only.
• In stock orders are typically released within 1 to 3 business days.
• Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote destinations may require special arrangements and an additional carrier charge. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm.
• Availability is confirmed on every order before release. Items not held in Canada are brought in from the manufacturer, which can add 2 to 4 weeks. We advise the expected date before charging you, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Warranty

• XPOWER units carry a one year limited manufacturer warranty from date of original purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
• Warranty covers parts and labour, plus one way shipping within Canada on approved claims.
• Filters, media, and wear items such as power cords and fuses are consumables and are not covered.
• To open a claim, contact us with your order number plus the model and serial number. We coordinate the repair or replacement on your behalf.

Returns

• 30 days from delivery. Contact us for a return authorization before shipping anything back. Returns without authorization are not accepted.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition with all original parts and materials.
• Restocking fee of 20 percent on units and 30 percent on parts and filters.
• Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
