What is the warranty on Comac hand dryers?
All Comac hand dryers come with a Lifetime Warranty on parts and manufacturing defects for the original purchaser.
Are Comac hand dryers ADA / AODA compliant?
Most models become fully ADA and AODA compliant with the optional ADA Recess Kit (C-000011031). The Wall Adaptor Plate (C-000011032) covers old holes for a clean retrofit.
How fast do Comac hand dryers dry hands?
Drying times range from 7–12 seconds on high-velocity models to 20–25 seconds on quieter units.
Do Comac hand dryers qualify for LEED or BOMA credits?
Yes. Their low energy use helps earn LEED and BOMA green-building points.
Are replacement parts easy to get?
Yes. All models include exploded-view diagrams. Parts are stocked in Canada and ship quickly with an RGA.
Do I need a special electrical outlet?
No. Most models are universal voltage (115-230 VAC, 50/60 Hz) with automatic switching.
Can I install Comac hand dryers in residential applications?

Do I need the ADA Recess Kit or Wall Adaptor Plate?
Yes. The ADA Recess Kit is required for non-ADA dryers in hallways or narrow bathrooms. The Wall Adaptor Plate is ideal for retrofits.

Returns
Returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number from Comac before shipping. All returns must be prepaid. Non-warranty returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (waived only on Comac shipping errors). Warranty claims are inspected upon receipt; defective parts are repaired or replaced at no charge.
Warranty
Comac offers the industry’s strongest Lifetime Warranty on all hand dryers for the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures. It does not cover damage from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or transportation. Labor and freight are not included.
