Which Airpura model is right for my facility?
Match the series to your primary contaminant. R600/R614: all-purpose baseline for dust, allergens, and general odors. C600/C600 DLX: heavy chemical and gas abatement. F600/F600 DLX: formaldehyde, new construction, and renovations. T600/T600 DLX: tobacco smoke and tar. V600/V614: wildfire smoke, outdoor pollution, and broad VOC loads. P-series (P600, P600+, P614, P614+): UV photocatalytic TitanClean for enhanced pathogen and chemical control. UV600, UV614, UV600-W: germicidal UV for healthcare and infection-sensitive spaces. What is the difference between the 600 Series and the 614 Super HEPA Series?
Only the HEPA stage. The 600 Series uses True HEPA at 99.97% efficiency at 0.3 microns. The 614 Series upgrades to Super HEPA at 99.99%. Airflow (560 CFM), carbon capacity, and housing are identical. Specify 614 for healthcare, long-term care, daycares, and wildfire smoke, since combustion particulate skews very fine.
What does "DLX" mean?
A heavier carbon bed, typically 26 lb instead of 18 lb. Choose DLX for complex VOC profiles, persistent chemical odors, or renovation off-gassing.
How much square footage does one unit cover?
600 Series units cover up to 2,000 sq ft at 2 air changes per hour, or 1,050 sq ft at 4 ACH, based on 8-foot ceilings. Use 2 ACH for offices and institutional spaces, 4 ACH for healthcare or elevated contaminant loads. For larger spaces, distribute multiple units. Contact us for a multi-unit quote.
Are Airpura units suitable for 24/7 operation?
Yes. The sealed motor assembly, separate electrical chamber, and all-metal housing are built for continuous commercial use. Variable speed control lets you run lower during off-hours.
Filtration Technology
What filtration stages are used?
Stage 1: polyester pre-filter for large particles. Stage 2: 18 lb activated carbon bed for gases, VOCs, and odors, with the blend varying by model (standard, impregnated, German, or potassium iodide). Stage 3: True HEPA 99.97% or Super HEPA 99.99% at 0.3 microns. UV-capable models add an 18W germicidal lamp as a fourth stage.
What is TitanClean photocatalytic oxidation (PCO)?
UV light activates a titanium dioxide catalyst, generating hydroxyl radicals that break down VOCs, bacteria, viruses, and mold at a molecular level, destroying contaminants rather than trapping them. Available on P600, P600+, P614, P614+, P700, P700+, P714, and P714+. Well-suited to fitness centres, long-term care, and complex contamination profiles.
HEPA 99.97% vs HEPA Barrier 95% vs Super HEPA 99.99%?
All measured at 0.3 microns. HEPA Barrier 95% suits general commercial use with moderate particulate loads. True HEPA 99.97% is the global commercial standard. Super HEPA 99.99% is the highest grade in the lineup, specified for healthcare, immunocompromised populations, and procurement requirements that exceed standard HEPA.
Maintenance & Filters
How often do filters need replacing?
Pre-filter every 12 months and vacuumable between changes. Carbon every 24 months, shorter under heavy chemical load or continuous wildfire smoke season operation. HEPA or Super HEPA every 3 to 5 years. UV lamp every 18 to 20 months. Filters are sold individually, so you replace only what has reached end-of-life.

Is professional installation required?
No. Units arrive fully assembled with filters pre-installed. Unbox, position, plug in. Filter changes need no tools or training. The UV600-W is designed for wall mounting where floor placement is not practical.

Installation & Placement
Where should a unit be positioned?
Centre it in the target space with unrestricted 360° air intake and at least 12 inches of clearance above. Units draw air in at the base and exhaust from the top. For spaces over 2,000 sq ft, distribute multiple units rather than relying on one.
Can units be used alongside existing HVAC?
Yes. They operate independently and supplement existing ventilation rather than replacing it. Useful in older buildings where HVAC upgrades are not feasible, spaces with poor duct distribution, or targeted areas needing enhanced air quality.

All Airpura air purifiers ship free across Canada — no minimum order, no freight surcharge. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Returns
Airpura air purifiers may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact. A restocking fee may apply. Units that have been operated, had filters removed, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return. To initiate a return, contact us at info@facilitysupplypro.com or 1-877-804-9940 for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping the unit back. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the return is due to a verified defect or fulfillment error on our part.
Warranty
Airpura air purifiers are covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty administered through authorized dealers. Coverage terms differ by use type:
Commercial Use (offices, schools, healthcare, institutional, and all facility applications): 2 years parts and 5 years labor from date of purchase. Airpura will repair or replace defective units or components at no charge for parts and labor within the first 2 years. From years 2 through 5, labor is covered but replacement parts and shipping are charged to the purchaser.
Residential Use: 5 years parts and 10 years labor from date of purchase, under the same repair-or-replace terms.
Filters, UV germicidal lamps, and electrical plugs are excluded from warranty coverage under both programs. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or service performed by non-Airpura personnel is not covered.
To open a warranty claim, contact FacilitySupplyPro directly at 1-877-804-9940 or info@facilitysupplypro.com. As your authorized dealer, we manage the warranty process on your behalf. Do not ship a unit to Airpura without first obtaining a Return Authorization number — unauthorized shipments will be refused.
