Warranty

All Acritec alcove bathtubs must be leveled when installing and checked to ensure they drain appropriately before finalizing installation. All alcove bathtubs must have all supporting feet and the skirt firmly touching the ground.
Residential: These products have a limited warranty for manufacturer’s defects for 10 years following the date of purchase.
To activate coverage, the warranty card must be completed and returned to Acritec within 30 days of installation. Products must be installed and maintained according to Acritec's installation and care instructions. Misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance voids the warranty.
The warranty covers replacement product only and does not include transportation, removal, or installation costs. Color fading is not considered a defect. Acritec is not responsible for damage due to everyday wear and tear. The company shall not be liable for injury, consequential loss, or damages resulting from use of the product.
